Application Guidelines:
Safety Precautions: Contains Diphenylmethane-4,4'-Diisocyanate, known for its potential health hazards if inhaled or if it comes into contact with the skin. Wear protective clothing and gloves during application.
Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or rust to ensure optimal adhesion. Lightly moisten surface to improve foam expansion and adhesion.
Optimal Use Conditions: Apply at temperatures from +28°F to +86°F. The can should be at room temperature (+68°F) for best results.
Installation: Shake can vigorously before use, attach to the applicator gun, invert and dispense slowly. Start from the bottom of the gap and work upwards to avoid overfilling as the foam will expand.
Curing and Finishing: Foam is tack-free within approximately 7±3 minutes and cures fully in 24 hours. Once cured, it can be trimmed, shaped, and sanded for precise adjustments. Requires immediate painting or covering to prevent UV damage.
