Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition for resale. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Opened or used products, including spray foam kits and cans, cannot be returned. Pressurized cans must be returned by ground shipping in their original packaging.

There is no restocking fee. Unless we determine that the return is due to our error, return shipping and the original shipping cost, including free shipping, are your responsibility and may be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@sprayman.co or (703) 405 9782 with photos of the product and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no shipping cost to you.
