Cancellation Policy
At Sprayman, we strive to prepare and dispatch every order with speed and accuracy. Because our fulfillment process begins shortly after checkout, opportunities to cancel an order are limited and depend on the stage of processing at the time we receive your request.
Eligibility for Cancellation
An order may only be cancelled if it is still in our internal preparation phase and has not been released to the shipping carrier.
Once the package is labeled, picked up, or marked as shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already been sent out, you may still return the product by following our Refund Policy.

Our team will verify your order’s status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Processing Schedule & Weekend Handling
Monday–Friday: Orders placed during regular business days often move into fulfillment shortly after being submitted. Because of this, the cancellation window is very brief. If you need to stop an order, we recommend contacting us right away.
Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders submitted during non-business days are queued until the next business morning. During this waiting period, cancellation may be possible until the order officially enters processing the following day.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier or marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer an option.
However, you can still return the package after delivery by following the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy:
