• Safety Precautions: Contains Diphenylmethane-4,4'-Diisocyanate. Wear protective clothing and gloves during application.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or rust for optimal adhesion. Lightly moisten surface to improve foam expansion and adhesion.
• Optimal Conditions: Best applied at temperatures from +41°F (5°C) to +86°F (30°C). The can should be at room temperature (+68°F(20°C)).
• Installation: Shake the can vigorously before use. Attach to the straw applicator, keep the can upside-down, and apply foam slowly. Start from the bottom of the gap and work upwards to avoid overfilling as the foam will expand.
• Cleaning: Clean any uncured foam residue immediately with SPRAYMAN Foam Cleaner. Cured foam must be removed mechanically.
• Curing and Finishing: Foam is tack-free within approximately 3-6 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours. Once cured, it can be trimmed, shaped, and sanded. Requires immediate painting or covering to prevent UV damage.
