Pro Fire Block Foam – Gun Foam, Orange, 20 oz

SPRAYMAN Pro Fire Block Foam is engineered for high-performance applications that demand strength, precision, and broad coverage. Designed for use with a gun applicator (or the straw applicator version), this polyurethane expanding foam delivers controlled, consistent flow—ideal for large-scale sealing and fireproof insulation needs. Its fire foam formulation is self-extinguishing and trusted for filling and sealing around electrical outlets, pipe penetrations, and framing gaps. Class A Fire Rated, this foam sealant is mold-proof, over-paintable, and serves as a waterproof expanding foam sealant. It’s free from ozone-depleting chemicals and meets rigorous standards, including ASTM E84201 and UL Classified (ICC-ESL-1058).

• Safety Precautions: Contains Diphenylmethane-4,4'-Diisocyanate. Use in well-ventilated areas with protective clothing and gloves.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of rust, dust, and grease. Lightly moisten for optimal adhesion and expansion.
• Optimal Conditions: Apply between +41°F (5°C) to +86°F (30°C). Keep the can at room temperature (+68°F (20°C)) prior to use.
• Installation: Shake can vigorously. Attach to the gun (not included in can options), keep the can upside-down, and dispense slowly. Begin at the bottom of the gap and work upwards to control expansion.
• Cleaning: For uncured foam mess, use SPRAYMAN Foam Cleaner to clean immediately. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
• Curing and Finishing: Foam becomes tack-free in 3–6 minutes; fully cures in 24 hours. Once cured, it can be trimmed, shaped, and sanded. Protect from UV exposure with paint or cover.
