• Safety Precautions: Contains Diphenylmethane-4,4'-Diisocyanate, known for its potential health hazards if inhaled or if it comes into contact with the skin. Wear protective clothing and gloves during application.
• Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or rust to ensure optimal adhesion. Lightly moisten surface to improve foam expansion and adhesion.
• Optimal Use Conditions: Apply at temperatures from +28°F (-2°C) to +86°F (30°C). The can should be at room temperature (+68°F (20°C)) for best results.
• Installation: Shake can vigorously before use, attach to the applicator gun, keep the can upside-down, and dispense slowly. Start from the bottom of the gap and work upwards to avoid overfilling as the foam will expand.
• Curing and Finishing: Foam is tack-free within approximately 7±3 minutes and cures fully in 24 hours. Once cured, it can be trimmed, shaped, and sanded for precise adjustments. Requires immediate painting or covering to prevent UV damage.
