• Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, rust, or contaminants.
• Moisturizing: Slightly dampen the surface before application to improve adhesion and shorten curing time.
• Temperature Conditions: Optimal application temperature ranges from +21°F (-6°C) to +86°F (30°C). Ideal can temperature is +68°F (20°C).
• Installation: Shake the can vigorously. Attach securely to the gun applicator, invert the can (valve facing down) and dispense the black foam spray slowly, starting from the bottom and working upwards.
• Cleaning: Fresh foam residue must be immediately cleaned with Foam Cleaner. Cured foam removal requires mechanical methods.
• UV Protection: After curing, protect the foam from UV exposure with paint or appropriate coating promptly.
